2026 weekly rental costs as follows:

25 April to 15 May £2450 (now £1960)
16 May to 10 July £2800 (now £2240 for dates in May and June)

5 Sept to 25 Sept £2800
26 Sept to 30 Oct £2450
31 Oct to 31 Dec £1850

Payment terms
A 25% non-refundable deposit on booking, with the final balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. A refundable security deposit of £500 is required (which will be returned subject to no breakages, damage or loss, within one week of the final day of the holiday).
